Question: I am planning to visit Hanoi in 1-2 weeks for a long weekend and to see some friends. I have a Dutch Passport and my wife has a Thai passport. We resident in Thailand. Can we get a Visa on entree as they do in Thailand, Indonesia and other countries around us?

Your wife dont have to make the visa and you have to make vietnam visa. if you want to get the visa at the airport You you need the approval letter for visa, to make the approval letter for visa pls contact any travel agents in Vietnam They can help you for this. time to make the approval letter is from 2-3 days.

You have to change the visa to the right date.
You can only enter later than the date on the visa but not earlier
